Passenger seat problem

The passenger seat in my 1997 Tahoe will not move fully forward when I use
the easy entry lever on the side of the seat back. I removed the seat and
found the cable for this function is broken. Is there a " How To " on replacing
this cable? Or, does anyone know how to replace it?
