So I took off all the emblems, added the chrome step trim, took off the roof rack and painted the chevy logos gloss black. I thought with them black it pulls more of the black out of the head lights and it really cleaned up the rear. I enclosed some pictures of the rear with the emblem removed so you all could see the mess under it, you can see the 50 cent piece of melted plastic from where the piece was made. let me know what you think, the next project is a 2/3 drop!!

How do you put the rear emblem back on the truck? Just add new double sided tape.

That looks way better. I don't have the roof rack on mine, it cleaned the look up a lot, you will really notice it when you lower it.

What did you do to fill the screw holes from the roof rack? Or did you just leave it?

yeah I did I took some black silicone and filled the holes. You have go or water will come on from the holes. It literally took 5 minutes. Just took a razor blade and cut the extra sillicon off. I heard some people filling the holes with push pins like you have on the inside of the fenders.

I like it with out the roof racks. I wish you could order them with out them. The rims look cool, but I would like to see them up close.
