p0507 code idle speed to high... rough idol

hey im kinda new to this forum and im looking for some help.
I have a 2002 Tahoe 5.3 2wd.
The service engine soon light came on the other day. I noticed when you go to idol down to a stop it idols really rough. And also seems like it just doesn’t have the power it used to have. I went to auto zone and it threw up 2 codes the first one is.... p0507 iac circuit condition or idle speed to high.
Probable causes:
Vacuum leak, dirty throttle body, iac motor defective.
The other one is p0171 fuel system for bank one is too lean. But I think that is working off the first code.
Has any one had this problem and what was the solution? I was hoping to fix it without having to take it to get fixed.

How many miles do you have on your Tahoe? Try cleaning the throttle body.

it has about 72,000 on it... i cleaned out the tb about 2 weeks ago and the problem went away. now its coming back again. but not as bad. the tb wasnt really dirty but it needed cleaned.. do you know what the proper idol is for it. maybe i just reset the idol a little high when i was puting it back together...

i turened down the idol a little, and used some seafoam and its running like a champ. i still need to give it a good tune up... plugs, wires, ect... maybe this weekend
