P0327 - knock sensor, no circuit or low voltage

I get this code from time to time. The sensor is brand new and I've checked the connection (good).

I did have a problem with the battery connection that should now be fixed. Maybe that was it? if not, is there a way to test the knock sensor and the circuit?
