P0171 & P0174....again.

I have an 01 LT Tahoe 127000 miles. It starts but soon dies. It seems to chug and sputter. I put high octane gas plus a cleaner and it drove like a champ for a day no problem, then the next day I noticed it had VERY lil power going up inclines. When Idling rough I give it gas with no response. Went to pep boys and the codes they gave be where p0171 and P1074 running lean I changed a vacuum hose and put a new pcv valve. I also cleaned the 02 sensor. I bought a fuel filter to put in, just waiting for my days off to come. . ANY and all help and advice would be greatly appreciated.

well its starving for fuel and or has vacuum leaks.. check fuel pressure and get some carb spray and spray around the the base of the upper intake manifold gaskets if the idle changes you need new intake gaskets

No it chugs and chugs and sputters under 1000 rpms
