Older 350tbi swap into 99 tahoe?

this Tahoe owner needs help. The stock 350 tbi is dead but i found an 88 tbi cheap. will i be able to just swap them out and what problems may i come across? if the engine swap wont work i will have to send the tahoe to the crushers. i am in the middle of a divorce and i need a vehicle by Oct 1.
