Oil pressure and cylinder kick down

New guy here, just wondering if anyone is experiencing low oil pressure on 2012 Tahoe. I tried search, couldn't find my year model. When it warms up the motor only shows 20 psi at stop. It does go up to 35 when cruising around town. Just not sure if that's normal. Should I take it in? Also, when cruising highway the cylinder kick down is doing some weird things. It goes from v8 to v4 but only stays in v4 mode for like a second or two then back to v8 mode for longer time. Again not sure if its normal. Doesn't seem to save fuel by switching for so little time. Should I take it in. Are any of you guys having these issues. Thanks
