Oil Gauge Question

My oil gauge stays in the middle of 40 and 80. Is that normal?

I think mine is about there too. I put a little to much oil in the last time I changed it. That could be why. Do you use 5W30?

Mine idles at about 45 psi and increases to about 80 psi at 5700 rpms. I use 5W30 and it has been recently changed by xpress lube (hopefully they put the right amount in). 60 psi seems a little high for idle, but who knows.

That is very normal. It should fluctuate between the two. Only get nervous if it goes to 0.
