Not sure if anyone had posted this but it is an article about the new Onstar feature that reduces fuel flow in case you get into a high speed chase with the police. Interesting thing is the article says that it "restricts" fuel flow making the vehicle slow down to about 3-5mph. Why not totally restrict all fuel flow and kill the engine?

3-5 mph? 10-20 sounds more worth it to me.
