new/used 04' tahoe

I just bought a 2004 Tahoe as an extra ride. I bought some fog lights thinking they would pop right in. Well not so much, I found some plugs stuffed up behind the head lights(1 green,1 blue). These plugs dont fit in my lights(the lights are supposed to be direct fit replacements). After further searching and reading the manual, I dont have factory installed fog lights but I do have a factory installed overhead roof lights switch. Does anyone know what these wires are that I found?
