Hey guys I picked up a 2007 Tahoe with 3,802 miles on it. It was in Texas used as a Border Patrol Vehicle. Well it didn't get much use I guess even though there is sand everywhere! So here is my question.
The rear washer does not work.I press the button but only hear a click what sounds like it's coming from the fuse box. When I push the front washer handle, the motor comes one and squirts onto the windshield. My dad and I took off the reservoir thinking the line is clogged, we put the air compressor in the line and blew out the line. That was fine, working as it should. So Then we washed the actual washer tank as it was full of sand in there. We checked the fuse and still nothing. When I activate the rear wiper button the wiper works at both speeds with no problem, but no washer fluid comes out and I only hear a click when I press the button, the motor on the reservoir doesn't make any sound either which leads me to believe it might be a wiring problem somewhere any insight or help is greatly appreciated.

I will assume you figured out your problem, but I wanted to comment for other new Tahoe owners. First, when I bought my 08 Tahoe in 2016 I had the same problem, but after being an idiot for about 4 hours I read my owners manual! Imagine my surprise when I found out was pushing the wrong button! On some of the 07-? Tahoes that had a heated washer fluid reservoir, there is a button under the radio that looks like a washer fluid symbol, to me anyways. Well the rear window washer button is actually on the end of the multi-function switch, also know as the turn signal handle, where the cruise set button used to be. Second, if you bought you're Tahoe used from a dealer this heater has been disabled, permanently, i.e. wires cut flush on heater, if your dealer is competent.

Now, while being an idiot I did learn a few things. One, you can remove the left headlight via 2 bolts a pop out the whole assembly (be gentle but firm, search headlight removal) and then you can, with some effort, get to the rear washer motor wires. Once there you can have someone push the rear washer button and check for 12ish volts coming from the fuse box side of the wire adaptor. Make sure key is "on".

Hope this helps someone!
