New Front Bumper

So i curbed the **** out of my bumper, after the guy at the body shop told me it would be 500 to repaint the scratches he said he didnt even notice them when i brought it in. But being obssesive about my truck make me want to do something about it. I think im going to eventually go with front bumper cover or replacement. My question are whos done it? How much did it cost? What kind? and are the factory foglights somehow integrated?
