so im driving to work last night and my check engine light comes on. it seems to be running fine... i get out of work today and its idling rough at stops. so i stop and read the code at my old work, and its comes up i beleave p0154 bank 2 sensor 1 (upstream) no activity... so what do u guys think? change out the o2 sensor or could it be another problem? within the last week i did a sea foam treatment to my truck, could that be an issue? any responses will be much appreciated

The seafoam could have ruined the O2 sensor.

But it could be a number of things. Youre going to have to use live data to determine if the O2 is working or not.

Kind of hindsight, but sounds reasonable to me. Did the idle ever smooth? Even before you changed the sensor? Could've been intermittent fault or glitch. Unless, of course, the idle never came back until you changed sensor. Sounds like a winner to me. :sla:
