Need help tbi to vortec (using vortec comp and efi)

What would I need to take a vortec engine from a 1998 silverado wiring harness, comp, everything and put it into my 1993 full size blazer?

A lot of time, you would need the fuel system also, the 93 TBI runs at 13ps1, the 98 Vortec runs at much higher pressures. Transmission is different, Tcase IIRC is different. Lot of work..... You would almost be better off to put the Vortec engine in and put a carb on it with an aftermarket intake.....

So a vortec engine from a 98 not a LS engine would take this much work? I have a 460le tranny already. I figured I could swap out the comp, harness, from the donor truck and run a bigger fuel pump.

I think the trans wiring is different....
