Need Fuel Pump Relay Help!

2002 tahoe. Fuel pump died. Replaced fuel pump. Still won't start. Believe the relay is not getting power. Checked relay in another vehicle and it works fine. Any ideas why relay would not be getting power?

Did you check the fuse? Fuel pump relay is also controlled by the BCM. BCM has to receive the proper r-code from the ignition cylinder or it won't feed power to trigger the relay. If there's a problem with the passlock system or if the passlock system needs to be reset, the feed wire to the fuel pump relay won't trigger.
