Need a quick answer about wheels and tires

I have a 98 2dr Tahoe with factory ride height, I currently have a set of aftermarket eagle wheels, we'll something happened apparently that I was unaware of and two of them got bent. I have a guy on stand by to sell me a set of mid 2000's chevy rims. They are the 17 inch size 265/70/17 will these fit on my truck with no rubbing or turning issues???

have the same size on my 95 4wd with 3" body lift. would fit w/o the lift Im sure... just a lil extra info there
