I bought my first Tahoe (first car I bought myself, actually. 2011 college grad who recently got a big-boy job) on July 21st and I love it. As a result, I find myself obsessing over keeping it absolutely spotless. The problem I've been running into is the tires kicking dirt and grime up onto the sides. As a result, I'd like to find some mud flaps to install. Does anyone have a good suggestion of any? They can be plain black, or have a Chevy logo, whatever, as long as they look good and keep dirt off the sides. Also, I have no idea how to install them. I assume it wouldn't be too difficult, but can someone tell me how it's done? Do they just clip on, or do I have to drill holes, etc?

Here's a picture of the Tahoe:

Welcome to the neighborhood!

I personally would check out Ebay or Amazon for the flaps, there are some standard type that even your local dealer would sell, check out this link.

As for installation, you simply hold those up to the fender and screw them to the fender with the supplied self tapping screws, very simple installation.

Thanks for the link, but I noticed that those mud flaps have a note that says "without running boards." Mine obviously does have running boards. Any idea if this is something that's true of all mud flaps?

What about the Weather Tech ones? I hear that they are really good. I am looking into getting some mud flaps on my Tahoe too.

I just had some installed at my local Chevy dealer. They have the bow tie logo on them. I LOVE them. I just had them installed on Monday.
