Mod Chip Opinons Please

I am looking for a decent chip for my 99 2 door tahoe with the 5.7 to add some horsepower and some torque. for around 25 $, can someone post a link with what they would say are decent chips, or an opinion on what to use, I don't mind spending the money if it is worth it.

Don't i repeat DO Not use those fuel saver chips.. all they are are two resistors wired into the IAT wires (actually the resistors make both of the wires touch each other) - what do they do? trick the computer into thinking that the intake is taking in Colder air.. what does this do? makes the computer send in more fuel to compensate for the cooler air... what does this do? eventually loss of cats.. O2 sensors.. build up of fuel deposits in the Intake etc etc etc etc basically makes the truck run rich all the time - the Only time you gain any advantage with that chip is when the vehicle is running completly cold on a cold start...

Thats all i can think of right now, im sure there are more possibilities depending on what you want to spend.
