I've noticed that my Tahoe doesn't have the 2 black rubber stopper for the fuel door so when it's closed, it's recessed a little bit. I tried to search for part number on some sites but not sure if this is the right one. Can anyone confirm this for me please? Or if you have spare ones (don't know why anyone would haha...) I'll buy them from ya. Thanks!

#5 on that illustration looks like the part. It even says "bumper".

Worst case you could find a dealership with a parts house and just go pick one up.
I've been lucky cause there's one about 5 miles north of my work out here in Dallas.

Mine was missing them as well when I bought my truck, all I did was went to the stealership and told them what I was needing, I think they were around 5 bucks a piece.

Man this happens a lot more than I thought. Do they just fall out on their own or what?!

Thanks for the replies guys!

Good question, they don't take much pressure to press in so maybe that means they will be more likely to fall out in the future!!

5$ a piece :umn:

I think I'll check with the specialty hardware isle at Lowes.... seems I've seen them there in one of those drawers I'd like to have a hundred of...
