Mileage on Tahoes

Hi,
I am looking to buy my first Tahoe.
I found one locally, 2005 Tahoe LT with 113393 miles on it. How do Tahoes hold up? Do they have a lot of issues when they get over 100k miles? Or is it still a pretty save SUV to buy with that kind of mileage?

245k and no abnormal issues other than normal wear and tear.

I have a 2001 Tahoe Z71 with 230K miles and no real problems. I've owned it since new and I replaced the following: 2 water pumps, 1 starter, 1 alternator, 1 electric switch-servo control on AC (cost $160), the front wheel bearings, 1 brake job and 1 tune up. Not bad for 230K miles.
