mileage increase questions

has anyone documented the mileage increase from installing air intake system and cat back exhaust system?

I have from just the S&B CAI.

Stock: Average 321 miles per tank (measured ~20 tanks), 23.6 gal average fillup
CAI install: Average 383 miles per tank (measured 4 tanks), 23.1 gal average fillup

With the Trueflow SAI my mpg didn't change much...unfortunately since my travel is mostly local trips back and forth to work at 8-9 miles with traffic lights my fuel efficiency sucks at 13.4 mpg (that's with the air intake and a performance tune)...sucks to be me.
