messed up electronics

i have a 2003 yukon SLT with the memory seats, mirrors, and radio settings.

my problem is that some times when i get in it will have the radio settings wrong, sometimes it will have the seat settings wrong, and sometimes it will have the mirors wrong. now the past week the seats wont go all the way up but sometimes if i move it as far forward as it will go then press the switch the other was it will move forward the rest of the way.

HELP!!!
