Xetronic lights from LSKoncepts.com which is luxury car website for Lincolns but they have the H11 in the digital HID. They are plug and play.

I may be in the market now. Getting tired of replacing crummy Sylvania halogens. I know I've replaced 3 low beams in the last year- high beams have been fine.

Three in the past year?
Are you sure you're not touching the bulb surface therefore leading to premature failure or do you just do alot of night driving?

the pics above look more blue than i wanted. but it seems they get a little more white after warmup. I am very please with the effectiveness of these HID lights. HID lights are awesome and should be standard on automobiles.

If you don't mind me asking, where and how did you mount your ballast?

i mounted the slim ballast to a vertical bracket metal piece behind the headlight next to radiator using the supplied doulble side sticky tape.

I don't see any way to get access to the headlight bulbs without unbolting them and removing partially from front of vehicle. The hardest part was getting access to the headlight bulbs. This HID was easy to install. On other vehicles where access to light bulbs are easy, should only take about 20-30 max.. My tahoe took me over an hour.

i got a brank called rickensport.. i think they are German for just under $200..... Hyper-white, I love them.... Only drawback is there is no high-beam, but don't really need it.

Can you post a pick or two of where you placed each ballist. Also, how about a couple of picks of those 22" rims. I am thinking about getting 24" and I am debating buying a projector/halo headlight and then upgrading to HID lights.

Any advice to give a first timer.

What are the stock headlights in the 08 LTZ? I have been tossing around the ideas of upgrading them to the HID kit but everytime I read these post about all it takes to get into the lights I think twice.

I was kind of disapointed that the high beams are not self dimming like they are on the Jeep Overland that I am pretty sure comes stock with HID head lights.

Hi,

I apologize for the delay in getting back to you however we were closed for the last couple of days due to a move.

The Yukon uses an H13 bulb for both the low beam and high beam. We carry H13 kits however they are low beam only meaning that you will lose your high beam functionality when installing the kit. We do not carry any high/low h13 kits as we have found that the H13 kits currently available in in the market that are high/low are prone to failure.

Regards,

Steve

Good to know thanks!

Of course, Getwired, Denali132 and a whole bunch of others have them on their New-Gen Yukon's, just look around a bit

Thanks!
