I may be in the market now. Getting tired of replacing crummy Sylvania halogens. I know I've replaced 3 low beams in the last year- high beams have been fine.
the pics above look more blue than i wanted. but it seems they get a little more white after warmup. I am very please with the effectiveness of these HID lights. HID lights are awesome and should be standard on automobiles.
Can you post a pick or two of where you placed each ballist. Also, how about a couple of picks of those 22" rims. I am thinking about getting 24" and I am debating buying a projector/halo headlight and then upgrading to HID lights.ok here are my pic of my install. i got the 5000k hid kit from the above ebay post. here are the pics of my install http://www.flickr.com/photos/28571592@N05/
let me just say this kit is nice and works. i have yet to drive at night. waiting for about another hour. Our headlights are freaking hard to remove.
Has anyone install them on a 08 GMC Yukon?
Hi,
I apologize for the delay in getting back to you however we were closed for the last couple of days due to a move.
The Yukon uses an H13 bulb for both the low beam and high beam. We carry H13 kits however they are low beam only meaning that you will lose your high beam functionality when installing the kit. We do not carry any high/low h13 kits as we have found that the H13 kits currently available in in the market that are high/low are prone to failure.
Regards,
Steve
Of course, Getwired, Denali132 and a whole bunch of others have them on their New-Gen Yukon's, just look around a bit
