Lifted 01/what gears

I am running 305/70/16's and am getting ready to regear. Should I go with 4.11's or 4.56's with this size tire? I wanna get my bottom end back and maybe improve the mpg's a bit.

4.10s if you plan on keeping the 33s, 4.30s or 4.56s if you're gonna go bigger or want more power.

That's what I figured but I wanted to double check it. Think my mileage will go up a bit?

The shop that I am talking to wants 1,850 for GM gears, all new bearings, everything front and rear. That seems high to me, it did cost me 1,600 for my 87 4runner though so maybe it's not. They also said that they reccomend 4.56 gears for bang for the buck and that 4.10's would barely be noticeable. 4.56's would waste my mileage right? I think I'll stick with 4.10's but for that much money is it even worth it? I'm trading a non running car for the work but still.

Seems like alot, I generally charge 1300-1600 depending on gear brand.

I drive in the mountains but will be driving more on mostly flat roads so I am wondering just how crappy the ,mileage would be with 4.56's. Right now I get high 12's- high 13's.
