is there a 3" suspension lift available for a 98 tahoe 2 door 4x4?

When I did the lift on my truck I wanted 3" but it seems to get a "true" suspension lift that doesn't change the ride quality, 4" was the minimum.

From what I could determine, the <4" lifts made use of torsion bar adjustments which would appear to affect ride quality.
