LEDs as runninglights?

Is it possible to have some kind of LED substitue as running lights or will the truck warn me that the lights are out?

The 3157 replacements are actually exactly what I'm looking for. They would replace my parking lights and make them look a little more like Xenon. I wonder if they export to Sweden?

I can't imagine why they would not. UPS ships everywhere nowadays.
