yes i do have a shop. i sell them for $250 at my shop .as far as k2 customer service yeah it not the best , but i am surprised at what im hearing.you guys with the problems with k2 email me your phone # let me see if i can help you ([email protected])i have a good buisness relation with the vp.the new shipment of these led tails should be here within a week .i do think these look better but you cant go wrong with the ipcw they are definitely the best quality out there

Update: I did receive a Paypal refund from the first set from K2.

Still have not seen nor heard from K2 or Karen on the supposed 2nd day shipping on the 2nd set. She stopped responding after they didn't show up last Thursday....................

No, they never said anything. JazeJeff says the "new" generation will be out soon, or he already has them. Might go that route if I hear some good responses.

The pictures on K2's website looked like there were two different ones. One with two rows of LEDs and one with three rows of LEDs. Am I missing something? I liked the three row version best. Will wait to hear from jeff.
