I just bought a 95 Tahoe. It has a crazy number of miles on it but I got it cheap and its beautiful. I just love the older Chevys. Even if it is a four door. I am new to the world of Tahoe's but not new to Chevy. A few years back I bought a Nova.. In boxes and put it all together. I had so much fun with that project I look forward to getting started with this new journey into the world of the Tahoe life. Heck, I might just clean her up and re sell her. Who knows. :happy160:

Congrats ! And welcome....but be forewarned. When users reply and refer to your new ride as a "hoe", it is out of respect. (Plus, it's shorter and easier to type.)

Like you, I enjoy the older style Hoes.....mine is a 2000, but still has the old body style. (2000 Tahoe Limited)

Your Hoe must have the 5.7 liter throttle body injection (tbi) motor, which many think is better in some ways than the newer Vortec engines....you can modify the older TBI engines, but supposedly the Vortecs have more raw power, especially for steep hills and such.....either way, enjoy the new ride !
