Cant get the wheels done till tues.. the shop got backed up and since im on the hook up plan , discounted work gets bumped for over paying rich folks lol..

Oh well... Here she is without her shoes wet

(note: she had to go to work as we were picking it up so these pics might not show the color transitions amazing i was just trying to get a few on the way home.. It turns solid lime, blue, gold and pink, when the light hits it right)

i coat pure white,
3 coats pink diamond pearl
with 1/2 oz of
peagan gold,
pink flush,
and prism blue ,

3 coats clear and pearl mixed 1/5

and 1 more coat of clear to seal

im doing the d pillars this week but i want them high gloss black i dont want them to match i like the way they blend with the windows..

i did already order the t rex escalade vents and putco liquid mesh grill .. should be in transit!

Maybe I just don't get it? Are the red lines around the doors, gas cap, and other body lines intentionally red? Or is that an affect of the paint?

its not red its house of kolor pink and its airbrushed into the body lines to accent the color transitions of the pearl. when the truck turns pink they disappear.... when it turns gold they turn silver.. and when it turns blue they are a soft purple..

lol its PINK pearl with PINK highlights.. and its on my finaces (see:female) truck i bought to build for her.. and like i said they are placed and brushed to disappear.. you didnt see the night pics of it? they highlight and shadow.. AND in the night pics are gone completely..

Im not defending her paint selection.. i love it and its super loud and super girly.. and when she drives it no one thinks "oh that must be her mans ride" but it truelly is something you have to see in person to truelly appreciate

Next project is a bike.. i wanna do a lowered stretched 1000.. flat black and chrome..
but i wanna paint all the chrome brass kandy (so it looks like polished brass)
With wire wheels (acid bathed so they look rusted and patina) kinda like a rat rod version of a new body bike.
