Hey All,
I'm back into the ranks of being a Yukon owner! In July of 2007, I sold my '04 black Yukon as my son was starting to drive and I didn't want him driving around on 20's with subs, DVD, third row seats, etc. Those of you that are teen parents know where I'm coming from. I purchased a new, smaller SUV last year as the plan was for he and I to share a vehicle. That worked out for about a month...my travel was just not conducive to "sharing" a vehicle with anyone so I got him a 2000 Toyota 4Runner w/ brushguard, magnaflow muffler...a teenager's ride!
Fast forward to September 30th, 2008! Gas prices were through the roof here in Atlanta and local car stealerships were just dying for business. I take my 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe and trade it straight up for a fully loaded, extremely clean 2005 White Yukon with 35K miles! Sales price on the Yuke was $21K and I got 'em down to $16K with a 12M/12K GM extended warranty. Needless to say, I'm ecstatic to be back behind the wheel of a Yukon. Since the purchase, I put a set of TIS 04 20''s with 285/50/20 Cooper tires. Got those brand new on a local closeout for $1130 out the door! Pics are below...I look forward to comments or suggestions.
