Been wanting this body style for a while. 98 tahoe hunter green 4wd (shifter in floor) 4 door, new trans 3 years ago, new motor year ago, 245K miles,one size larger AT tires. will put up some pics after I take them. Only bad thing is going to be daily driver for a while and getting 12.5 mpg.

Was the speedo recalibrated for the larger tires? That will throw off MPG.... Has it had a good tuneup lately?

no calibration on tires but i do not see how that would affect mpg reading. i reset odometer when filling up then when fill up again divide miles traveled by gallons added to tank. No tuneup as motor has been in for less than 1000 miles.
