I have an 03' Yukon with the tow package, and the rear of the vehicle sits alot higher than the front cause of what I'm assuming is the beefed up rear suspension for towing heavy loads. I think it looks like ****, is there a factory way to lower the rear end w/o cutting springs or doing a drop kit?

All Tahoes are like that - I do not think the towing package changes the suspension.

There is not a factory way of lowering it that i aware of. You can buy 2" rear lowering springs to lower the back of the truck and level it out.

yep, or get the Eibach 1" and 3" setup. Keys up front and 3" lowering coils in rear.
