IMHO, that is not a good price at all for that year of truck with that many miles.
Hopefully you feel good about your choice and hopefully you will have some trouble free years of service to at least get the feeling ya broke even.

Yeah, I feel good about the price.
I spent a couple weeks looking at alternatives and there wasn't any other truck on the market near me in this nice of condition, and everything close was anywhere from 2 to 6 thou more (though the dealers, who were the ones asking for 12 thou, were smoking something really choice, I know!)
