How to reset engine light- error code P0446

I've got an engine light error code of P0446. I replaced the fuel cap, light still on. What else can be done to correct the problem and reset the light?

If you do not have a diagnostic scanner w/reset option- try a full battery disconnect/reconnect. This will require you to reset your clock but should work.
