How to reconnect horn, in steering wheel?

Just had a new steering wheel installed, now my brother-in-law is gone back to Delaware and the horn was never plugged back up. I want to know how to plug back up, without deploying air bag accidently.

I could be wrong, but try disconnecting the battery, pull the fuse... and then play with it. It would suck to get an airbag in the face.

Should be pretty easy to find the wire not plugged in, and remedy it.
