So i was gonna get my buddy to install my new Pioneer AVIC Z3, along with the ipod adapter, back up camera, steering wheel controls, bose harness, etc... However, I am hesitant because I don't think he is that experienced with these installs especially with all of these different wiring harnesses and adaptors. The only advantage to him instaling it was he has figured out a way to bypass the lock on the DVD and GPS functions while driving. So I am thinking about taking it to a real shop to get it installed. How much should I expect them to charge me to install everything or what is reasonable? I don't want to be overcharged and I really want to get this done right so i figured I'd just pay a little extra money. Thanks guys!
