how high can i aim my projectors??

ok not the most easiest question to answer, but how high can i aim the projectos before blinding people do you think. i can level them very easily with a socket wrench and a 4 inch extension. but i would like to know, right now i have stock halagon bulbs in but mike said my kit should be in this week, so how high?

i've got mine adjusted to where they are angled straight out and level with my truck, but i'm not sure how HIGH you can go, and you talked to mike? Did he get everyones kits in yet?

i exchanged my 5000k for a 6k and just waiting on his next shipment, thats all. im not sure on new orders.
