yea, im gunna try walmart and auto zone tommarrow, the other reason is that i forgot to park in the garage last night and the sprinkler system sprayed well water all over the windows and now there are invincable spots that wont come off. i guess the bad luck from breaking my mirror is causing all this.

I don't think "luck" has anything to do with it -- you just need to pay a little more attention my friend!

Yeah, and watch out for those black cats....

i talked to my dealer dude about an ahour ago before he went to sleep and he told me that i ripped it in just the wrong spot and i eather get it repaired which may come out great or look kinda sloppy if they cant match right, or (for 675 dollars) i can replace the entire bottom which will also not match the rest because of the fadeing of the regular usege of the sun so eather way im sunk. dam. :cryin: :cryin: :mad2: :mad2:

you could always keep an eye out on ebay and maybe you can pick up another seat cheap. that way when you go on trips and stuff you can switch it out to the one with the rip and wont have to worry about getting more rips.

Sorry to see you ripped your seat,my friend has a Silverado ss and he just restored his whole interior. His front and rear seats done in leather two tone leather with piping, door panels wrapped in leather and a suede headliner for $1100.It came out awsome!I also thought it was a cheap price. You should look around for someone that can reapulster seats, according to that price you can get your seat repaired at a resonable price.Good Luck :cool2:

it won't hurt to try and repair yourself with the above mentioned product imo. can't make it worse, right?

Why not check some auto recycle yards. Maybe you can get a whole new seat or just the bottom. If you find your color it should match pretty good because it will not be new. You can even use the web to check a large area of the country. Good luck!
