Hoe going on a diet

Whats the most weight you can remove from a 4WD Tahoe. My 99 is an absolute pig. Had no idea until I rolled across a scale just how heavy it is. That would explain the sorry mpg. I've already removed the spare and jack, the tow hitch, both running boards, roof racks. I've also gone through and cut off all the stupidly long bolts. Removed oil cooler lines and trans skid plate and front tow hooks. Looks like the spare tire mechanism would be heavy too. What about removing the front axle and CV shafts since I never go off road anyway. My goal is 2000 lbs removal.
