HID Question

on my passenger side the bulb seems to not be as bright, and also it looks just white not the light blue that the other is (they are 8000K) any reasons about this? did i get a bunk bulb? ive had them for 2 months with no issues until now, should i check wiring?

Def not a wiring problem. In most cases when this happens its the bulb.

i saw an 03 silvy with HIDs near the same color temp but his were much brighter, is this because of the design of the stock housing? or possibly from the small gauge wiring (16 i believe) could i rewire with a 10g wire, would that help?

The tahoe's headlights are not as clear as the 03+ chevy trucks as shown here
The tahoe light let's out less light than the trucks b/c of the light its self...

You can buy completely clear ones for the tahoe...the look the same just clear...without all the messy plastic that they've got goin on
