New on the forum and wanted to ask opinions..


I am about to pull the trigger on a new tahoe for my wife..25th anniversary present and our first new vehicle ever since married......

this has the 5.3, adjustable pedals, power windows, seats, split ac, airbags, tow package, 21 inch rims and tires, jet black with tinted (factory) triple seats captains chairs, console, 6 cd changer.....

With discounts and my gm supplier code I got a price of 34,900.......what do yal think??? this is drive out with tt & L at my local dealership....I am thinking of going for it.....wanted to get opinions...

21 inch rims? I haven't heard of Tahoes with 21"s. Is this an LT (if so which level?)?

same rims as on your truck

it has the chrome wire mesh grill........same polished rims...as yours....I thought they were bee yoooooo tee full.......

We looked at a yukon and the tahoe, and I just got more on the tahoe for money so we decided to go with that.........Momma is gonna go down tomorrow and we will seal the deal.....no trade no finance......just straight purchase.....and its done. Since we are old farts my insurance co quoted us 480 year full coverage which is reasonable...I get an agricultrual exemption due to a farm so that helps a lot on insurance...reading the forums its seems like I should expect aroud 16 mpg overall....

Sounds like an LT3 or even an LTZ trim level.

Not an LTZ and probably not an LT3. My LTZ stickered at $51k. Sounds like the dealer did some add ons to an LT at that sticker price.
