im having transmissin troubles in a 1999 yucon denali its 2nd transmission installed it seemed to be okay for about a week then all of a sudden with nothing more than a quiet clank i lost all gears you dont here the motor kick down in any gear.when we finished installing it it wouldnt start with key but could be started at starter i figured we must of broke the small starter wire. so we ran a wire from the crank fuse to the starter so did i cause an eletrical problem in the transmission maybe a sensor? would the problem still be there if i put in another transmission?
