when my D3 was installed, my installer didnt get my cds out of the cd changer. is there anyway i can get the cds from the radio without hooking it back up to the wiring harness in my truck?

nope you need power ..it doesnt have the slide out tray good luck

You should be able to hook up the power wires up to the positive end of your car battery and hook up the ground wire to your negative end of your battery. That is enough for 95% of stereos to do what you want to do, just push eject!!

Do you care about the one with the CD stuck in it? If you do I might suggest throwing an inline fuse in there just in case. Or just take it back to them and say WTF mate.
