I just bought a brand new stock steering wheel for my 99 2WD/2DR. Can anyone tell me the steps to removing the old steering wheel?
Thanks much!

You're going to need a puller, preferrably, to remove the steering wheel.

That being typed, disconnec the battery.
Allow 5-10 minutes for the Air Bag cap to discharge.
Mark and center steering wheel.
Remove the Air Bag from the steering wheel.
Store Air Bag face up in rear cargo area of truck.
Remove Clockspring from steering wheel
Remove nut from steering shaft.
Using the puller, remove steering wheel.

Reverse order to install. Remember to properly touque steering wheel nut. Also dont forget to add locktite to the threads.

Thanks for your help. I finally found a link to detailed instructions with pics from the steering wheel dealer. I would have never figured out how to get the airbag disengaged from the wheel if it had not been for the pics.
