Help needed with locked rear hatch

I have a problem with my rear hatch on my 05 Tahoe. The remote keylock & manual switch in the truck works & unlocks all 4 front doors but the rear hatch will not unlock. This happened between the time I walked into a store & came out. About 10 minutes. Everything worked great until then. Is there anyway I can get the door opened from the outside? Does anyone have any ideas? Please someone help!!!!

You might have to remove the rear hatch panel to access the lock actuator or lock mechanism to open the hatch. Good luck.
