HELP NEEDED Tie rod end boot cracked

While installing my belltech spindles. I cracked the tie rod end boot and the upper control arm boot.

Can these be replaced WITHOUT replacing the tie rod end and the control arm? If so, can you point me in the right direction?

I have attached a picture of what I am looking for. PLEASE help!!

That is an EXAMPLE of what I am looking for. Not the actual boot or dust cover.

Yes I did use that tool that looks like a fork.
