Help I need to bypass oil cooler

Last night i hit a deer it busted my oil cooler i need to use my hoe to get to town for parts.. I have a 2002 Tahoe busted grill and oil cooler..Can anyone tell me how to bypass it thanks

All I can think of is you have to unthread from cooler and cap off lines.
