I have a '99 Tahoe and I just noticed the headlights, tail lights, and gauge lights flicker on their own when the vehicle is parked. When you drive too the lights will flicker on and off. I am stumped! It has an alarm but I'm not sure if it's factory or not. It has a red led in between the cup holders on the center console. I don't see where it was wired in so it may be factory. Please tell me someone has experienced this before!
