Hello! Newb from Orange County California!

I set this up for my girlfriends 2003 tahoe 2WD.
I love her tahoe and want to get it back into shape for her while shes in school!

I would like to start with her suspension...i would like to lower it around 3/5? or is it 3/6?
anyway around that low...
But looking to replace the shocks and springs...
any suggestions????

Don't know anything about lift or lowering kits.

Only thing comes to mind is let the air outta the tires...
