heater control temp change

anybody here have a problem with temp. knob if you turn knob no temp change if on hot then go to put a\c on stays hot till i shut off truck then sometimes still dont go cold already replaced fan resistor wanted to know if i was the only one with this problem or if someone knows how to fix

its a control Actuator..a real Pita to replace i got my dealer to replace mine under warranty couple guys here replaced them someone might chime in on how to fix it
